SafeSway Terms of Use

SafeSway is a service for personal messages and group communication. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Account

Email is used for registration. Inside the service, the user chooses a username and password. The user is responsible for keeping the password safe and for activity in the account.

Prohibited use

• Using the service for spam, fraud, threats, harassment or harm to others.
• Trying to access other accounts, bypass protection or disrupt the service.
• Distributing malware, phishing links or illegal content.
• Impersonating SafeSway, service staff or other users.

Personal chats and reports

SafeSway does not routinely review personal conversations manually. If a user sends a support request, report or materials to us, we may process the provided information to respond and protect the service.

Availability

We work to keep the website, web app and Android APK available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access without errors, network failures or restrictions from external providers.

Changes

We may update these terms when the product, law or security requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
